“Norway, Russia, and Nato:  The Geopolitical Battle for the High North” 

We will gather at the Army and Navy Club Building in downtown Washington, DC. at 12:00/noon. Lunch will be served shortly after our arrival followed by pastries and coffee/tea and our program.

Valet parking is available for an additional fee ($22 per car) and there is also a self-park garage to the left of the front entrance. Both Farragut North and Farragut West metro stations are located about a block away, in walking distance.

Our prominent speaker will provide an assessment of Norway’s security priorities.

Captain Bøe graduated from the Naval Academy in 1985. He has served in NATO and Navy positions in Norway and abroad and he is currently the Assistant Defense and Naval Attaché at the Royal Norwegian Embassy. His presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
