The chamber actively conducts targeted efforts to fulfill its purpose and
mission. Regular activities may include Annual Member and Board of Directors
Meeting, meetings in permanent and special committees, and networking
events. Exhibitions, seminars, festivals, executive round table conferences,
and executive travel seminars between Norway and the U.S., will be part of
the Chamber's activities. The 2007 program includes relevant business
and networking events related to the Embassy's Research Forum.

NACC MA Strategy Committee Meeting
The Chamber held a strategy committee meeting on January 8th to review the current status of the organization after almost 6 years of operation. The review process was a follow-up from the membership survey conducted early 2007. The survey was developed to seek member feedback and preferences on NACCMA meeting programs, member communications and overall membership benefits and services to better support the diverse group of corporate and individual members in the future. Meeting with Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO)
In a breakfast meeting with the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (Næringslivets Hovedorganisasjon (NHO)) on May 6th at the Georgetown Inn in Washington, D.C., both the NHO Chairman Erling Øverland, StatoilHydro and Director General Finn Bergesen Jr, NHO (pictured) expressed interest in continued discussions to explore areas of common interest for future cooperation.
