The chamber actively conducts targeted efforts to fulfill its purpose and
mission. Regular activities may include Annual Member and Board of Directors
Meeting, meetings in permanent and special committees, and networking
events. Exhibitions, seminars, festivals, executive round table conferences,
and executive travel seminars between Norway and the U.S., will be part of
the Chamber's activities. The 2006 program includes relevant business
and networking events related to the Embassy's Research Forum.

Annual Meeting & Annual Dinner
The NACC MA Annual Dinner will be held at the prestigious Congressional Country Cub in Bethesda, located at 8500 River Rd, Bethesda MD 20817 on March 28, 2006, and will honor Johann Olav Koss, Norway's greatest Olympic Gold Medallist and accomplished humanitarian leader. During the dinner, Mr. Koss will talk about what it takes to become a top athlete and present highlights of his humanitarian work serving disadvantaged children throughout the world and reveal how Norway's most celebrated Olympian has achieved even greater glory off the ice. The Chamber is also pleased and honored to have in attendance Norway's Ambassador to the U.S, the Honorable Knut Vollebaek and his wife Ellen. Ane Brun won the Norwegian Alarm Awards for Best Pop Album 2005. She also won the Norwegian Spellemannsprisen (Grammies) for Best Female Artist 2005 and the Hit of the Year 2005 together with Madrugada.
