The chamber actively conducts targeted efforts to fulfill its purpose and
mission. Regular activities may include Annual Member and Board of Directors
Meeting, meetings in permanent and special committees, and networking
events. Exhibitions, seminars, festivals, executive round table conferences,
and executive travel seminars between Norway and the U.S., will be part of
the Chamber's activities. The 2004 program includes relevant business
and networking events related to the Embassy's Research Forum.

The Defense Technology Committee held a very informative meeting February 24, 2004 from 10am to 12am at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington D.C. The meeting was hosted by Erling H. Wang, Counselor for Defense and Security Policy and Knut Bjorn Hovland, Colonel, Assistant Defense Attaché & Air Attaché at the Royal Norwegian Embassy, and chaired by Bob Elwell, Chairman of the chamber's Defense Technology committee.
